[CH] 大家好！这里为大家介绍一篇论文：《欧洲华侨社团的组织结构、性质与作用（西班牙华侨协会为例）》 欧洲华侨社团（协会）众多是众人皆知的侨界特色，尤其是来自大陆的和台湾的华侨社团多到无人能说出一个确切的数字。欧洲近四十个国家，欧盟27个国家，每个国家都有众多的华侨协会／社团。 本论文以西班牙华侨协会的实际情况作为研究对象,进行实地调研、分析和研究。借此，可以从西班牙侨团组织窥视全欧盟其他侨团组织的基本全貌及其共同性。从九十年开始开始出现的西班牙华侨协会，组成华侨协会的主要动力主要来自宗亲文化和官本位文化。一方面，华侨协会是快速提升社团侨领自身在西班牙华侨界以及在原籍国（中国）社会地位的途径；另一方面，华侨本身利益与国内的众多利益紧密相联而需要拓展人际关系。华侨协会的形式是松散的，性质是单一的，目的是明确的。华侨协会主要成员的教育程度偏低是融入当地主流社会和／或在当地社会参政、议政的主要障碍。 下载周敏康教授/博导论文 [ES] ¡Hola a todos!
